Un bon moment décisif pour capter cette sortie de baleine.
Malgré le mauvais temps l'image est bien prise au 80 mm; bigre ! c'et tout près !

Pour une première photo tu commences très fort! Une image prise au bon moment et qui nous montre toute la puissance de cet animal. C'est nette et bien contrasté. Je me réjouis de découvrir la suite.

Des photos fantastiques dans ta galerie, mais celle-ci est l'une des plus dures à réaliser.
Il fallait être là au bon moment certes mais pour réussir cette photo, il faut un minimum de talent & tu l'as.

Que dire de celle ci ! C'est un instant magique que peu de gens ont eu la chance de capter. Ce grand monstre qui crie son innocence, qui défie la pesenteur.
C'est tout simplement magique. Quelle chance et quel talent.

To those who've never had oportunity to see such a moment in their lives, let me say that it's even more exciting than it appears, and 10x harder to photograph. These creatures do not breech for the cameras like this all the time. When they do, only some of us are lucky enough to be this close. Even fewer of us, like our good friend Seb here, are skilled enough to focus, frame and shoot at exactly the right moment with little or no warning. Great job!

Sebastien, I was going to comment on another photo from your great gallery, however when I saw this, it became the winner. I've done whale watching myself and I know how difficult it is to catch such a great shot!! Most of the time I've ended up with just small piece of tale, instead of such a great view of whole whale... Luckily it was done with digital camera so no harm.. :) You go to my favourites so I dontmiss any other great posting from your fantastic portfolio.L.

not as much from a technical point of view, but definitely from 'defining moment', this is a really nice capture. I know you have to be lucky to see those wales, and a picture when they're out of the water like that isn't easy either.
