Photographer’s Note

Deep blue: Laguna de Cuicocha in the north of Ecuador.
A 4h ride took us around the crater. The track is in a altidude of about 3.200m. You should be a non smoker! :-))

Greetings Martin,

Excellent Postcard shot.very beautiful colors and sky textures.You couls have covered the tree at the right corner fully.It would have made this more appealing.Nevertheless a great one.I don't think cropping the right corner would help as it will disturb the symmetric curve of the lake.Leaving it as is, is better. But thats my opinion.Congrats and TFS

Amazing Martin, I love the composition and the wide perspective.
So high, is it just me or wouldn't it be great to go onto that island.
Great depth of colours and contrasts, sky is a little burnt out but, with such an awesome landscape does very ittle to take anything away.
