Montanita was a small fishermen village which changed very much during the last years. It has become a famous spot for surfing and many people come here for surfing and enjoying the relaxed and festive atmosphere. Local come from the neighbor city Guayaquil for spending the weekend.
This picture has been taken around 6pm during. The few surfers still in the water enjoy the last waves before the night that arrives very early at that latitude!
