At the market in Otavalo, Ecuador, I saw and tasted pink bananas for the first time!

It is a very nice active market. I like markets and I always visit them in my travels. They are a real portrait of the local people. I believe, the pink bananas are to be eaten cooked. At least, it is the way we use to eat them in Angola.
It is a very nice shot with a good POV and plenty of nice details. Well done.

I was in this same town market in July this year. You caught the colors, hustle and bustle of the market in your photo. Unfortunately it does not look like it was sunny that day.

In the Philippines we cook this type of bananas and it can be cooked in different ways.

Magnifique photo des pays chauds qui me rappelle mes voyages dans le Sud. Je viens de voir ta présentation, ma foi, tu as fais le tour du monde. Une image pleine de superbes couleurs. Je vois l'image d'un autre oeil et j'ai pensé faire un WS mais c'est déjà une belle photo qui a attiré mon attention.

What does pink bananas taste like? A very colourful picture where the blue wooden part, together with the yellow street marking, form a natural frame!

I like market scenes and in here we can see a colourful one with lots diversity of veg/fruits. Beautiful image of this traditional market and beautiful image of daily life indeed. TSF

I love markets and red bananas.
