This girl with it's sad eyes and the irritations in the skin by the intense cold weather of paramo of the volcano cotopaxi.
IT IS normal that the little children have this type of problems in the skin due to the lack of prteccion of their skins and to the resequedad of the atmosphere by the cold forts that they support.
