| This picture was taken during the Medellin poetry festival in 2005. It is probably the best poetry festival in the world attended by young and old, and one of the best kept secrets in the world. About 6000 people attended the opening and most readings have 500 of more people listening. I tried to capture Ernesto Cardinal, a famous figure and poet reciting his poetry one evening. His bright image in the dark background felt like a Rembrandt painting. If you like to see more I've uploaded some more images of the festival on my site http://www.petertrutmann.com/pictures/index.php?gallery=./Photography/Journeys/Colombia/Festival%20Internacial%20de%20Poesia%20de%20Medellin |

too bad the picture is so little ! It seem like a Rembrandt "clair obscur".
