This one is from Taganga in North-East Colombia.

Taganga is the No.1 place in Colombia (except perhaps the islands) to do diving. The little fishing village is set in a beautiful horse-shoe shaped bay with a nice enough beach but the real attraction is the laid back atmosphere and diving.
