[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The picture was taken at the Rafael Nunez's house in Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). Rafael Nunez a writer, poet and four times president (1880-1882 $ 1894-1893) lived and died in this house. The house was built in 1858. At the present time it is a Museum which still has the furniture, , drawings and personal objects of Rafael Nunez.

Poor parrot in a cage...and sorry I am maybe a bit harsh, but I do not really see the purpose of this picture in relation to the house of the president ? A pic of this house would be more interesting, as you tell about it in your note.
