Ya puedo ver que tus fotos están mejorando mucho. Me gusta, otra vez, la bella arquitectura, y el punto de vista mirando al cielo. Las hojas verdes en frente de la torre añaden a la composición, y las nubes blancas, también.

Bonita imagen, lo mejor es la perspectiva que has creado y la intensidad de los colores, me gusta el contraste entre el blanco, el verde y el azul del cielo, las nubes son el complemento ideal para este trabajo, te felicito.

Hola John,

Me gusta mucho el blanco de la torre, "lo has clavado", como decimos en España para decir que es realmente bueno, el que uno espera ver y que parece como si lo estuvieras viendo en directo. Me gusta mucho también que dejes ver las hojas del árbol o del arbusto a la derecha, porque contribuye a realzar la vertical de la torre. Queda muy bien la torre puesta contra este cielo tan hermoso y con unas nubes tan buenas.

Coincido con Audrey en que si hubieras puesto la torre a la izquierda, creo que sería aún mejor, aún así es muy buena. Un saludo amistoso,

Hola John,
Muy bonita toma de la parte superior de la catedral, bien lograda a pesar de su blancura; el cielo nuboso detrás le da un toque especial. Muy linda e interesante nota la que escribiste.

Hello John,

What superb architecture, like a the tower on white wedding cakes. As for the photography it is an excellent technical shot, with good composition, colors and exposure. The light is excellent, and the picture is very sharp. Finally, highly informative note!

I like this image very much, but perhaps for additional reasons to those appealing to other reviewers. It shows excellent three-point perspective. Since it depicts the edge (corner of the building and tower), the horizontal lines from the various ledges and cornices can be extrapolated, and they converge at two vanishing points on the horizon line (at the level of the camera lens). Moreover, since it is a relatively high tower, the sides can be extrapolated and they will converge in the sky at a third vanishing point. Good modern lenses are linear and distortion free, and can insure the convergence of these lines of perspective.

I am scientist, trained in mathematics, and at the same time an artist. These elements are especially important for me.

Me encanta esta foto, la perspectiva es muy buena, me gusta el balance que le diste a esta foto, el cielo con las nubes bien detalladas y los verdes al frente dandole un super contraste a la torre de la Catedral.

Olá, John! Creio que você vai compreender meu Português (que é melhor que meu Inglês ou meu Espanhol rs). Suas fotos são muito boas e dão um belo panorama da Colômbia, país tão próximo e tão pouco conhecido por aqui. Gosto muito dessa tomada, cujo ângulo alonga a bela torre da catedral, valorizada pelo céu azul pintado de nuvens e pela vegetação no canto inferior direito. Bom trabalho, amigo! Abraço! Miguel.

Hi John,

I find this photograph very beautiful and balanced well. This centered bell-tower, for my part, does not obstruct me at all and I find on the contrary that it is emphasized better. Contrasts are very pleasant and this superb sky gives a beautiful effect of relief. Framing is well seen with this plant part in the foreground, it supplements the photograph well. Hola John,
he visto ésta en las miniaturas de tu intro, y me ha cautivado inmediatamente. Por su elegancia y esbeltez, gracias a un buen uso del formato vertical, por la buena combinación de colores verdes de las ramas en primer plano con el blanco del campanario, y por el cielo maravilloso, con las pequeñas nubes que lo salpican y lo decoran.
Todo funciona a la perfección, me gusta esta foto.

a symbolic POV- the mighty. We are so small looking onto the sky. It three simple colours that make your photo very excellent. Green, blue and white - simply simple but exciting.
the clouds are really nice and dramatic.
