"A Valley Of Ears"

Considered friendly, itself with my presentation of agricultural fields by my country.

When it transferred to me of the locality of the Guamo towards Spinal, in the Department of the Tolima, I did not do less than to stop the vehicle in march and for a moment to detail this beautiful culture of sorghum, that just was bringing forth of our mother Earth.

In a beginning it seemed to me to be observing a flag of horizontal strips: Green-Yellow with the Blue one of the sky. For that reason I took my camera and I wanted to establish a simple but sensible composition, that it shaped what imaginary it was drawn in my mind.

I hope that it is of the taste of all.

Olá John,

Lindíssima foto com esse verde intenso e a faixa mais escura dividindo o céu e o campo. Belo efeitos da luz natural no verde do campo. Uma linda composição.

Una foto simple y al mismo tiempo original con la division de mitad campo y mitad cielo. Me gusta mucho la profundidad y los contrastes de colores.

Los colores y la nitidez son excelentes.
No estoy segura con la composición, mitad cielo, mitad campo, aunque la vista sea muy agradable.

Hello John,

Very simple, a little minimalist but very nice. An image full of serenity and too very beautiful. I like especially the great depht of field, the POV well selected with the field in the FG and the green colors very well collected. An interesting and good photowork.

that was what i thought of at first glance, a flag! i can't see clearly tho the ears of corn here, LOL. anyway, the colors of alomost cloudless sky and the green corn vegetation are so pleasing, they blend harmoniously. good capture. (i wonder if it is summmer or spring in colombia now, here it is freezing cold... gggggrrrrr!!)

Hola John,
esta toma tiene un cielo menos impresionante que la anterior, pero mantiene su atracción visual por la belleza del campo y sus tonalidades que varían con la distancia.
Me gusta el contraste de los tonos verdes con el azul suave del cielo, y la armonía de la luz sobre el paisaje.
Buena composición, su sencillez la hace más rica.

Beautiful fields of corns.I guess it is easy to get lost in there..:)The colours are great.The corns are green the sky is blue That's how it should be :)(small joke) :) But truly you can make from a simple field a real paradise place !
This kind of places far from noise in the city are just great ! I set up my desktop at work with this view to relax. Hope you don't mind :)

Hola John,

This is sea of ears in splendidly green toned textures. Amazing light plays on ears increase the graphical value of your photo. I like also center weighted capture for reserving equal part for blue sky. Your artistic touch is easily recognizable. Congratulations.
