Dear friends:

In the previous delivery, gave a picture of a ground dry, hot, arid perhaps, but not both, equally beautiful to account for many, including that they write.

Today I give a picture contrary to what I describe what I set out initially, and at the last delivery: Curití Creek, a tributary of the river Fonce in Henhouse Park (Santander); various elements contained in this beautiful Republic of Colombia, where we say exultant we possess all climates, all actors of geography, and coasts on two immense oceans (Atlantic and Pacific).

But independent of all, I want to post this Nro.150, giving importance to a vital element for all, and in which most of us, has not acquired enough awareness and necessary to preserve it: WATER

So many land eroded, infertile for agriculture, so many rivers dried, so many people dying of thirst, have been evolutionary consequences of a world lacking in conscience early.

¿What side are you?
¿What are you doing to raise awareness?
¿Are you educate your children in the preservation of a better world?

A beautiful and more and more seldom view. You show us a wonderful near to nature stream. One nearly can hear the noise of the water. I like this picture ver much! Thank you also for your excellent note!

Hi John.
I read your note with interest. We here in Australia are especially struck by the problem of water; the land is so dry now, and here in Melbourne we have had very little rain for three months. But summer has not even begun yet. Our rivers run dry.
The photo is a carefully composed one with the typical sharpness and natural colours of your photos. Nicely composed with the rocks in the foreground and a good light. Well done.

Hello John, currently in the rich countries us consomont two to three times each year what the planette little given, at this rate/rhythm it little only there to have that disorder, like the dryness, or contrary to the floods, at home I installed a large cistern for recovered rainwater, it there with much of dryness in the world, I has myself four children and I am obviously to sensitize with this problem, I inform my children on all that does without from good or evil in the world, your photograph is ideal to make react to this world problem, sincerely .................Bonjour John, actuellement dans les pays riches nous consomont deux à trois fois chaque année ce que la planette peu donné, à ce rythme la il ne peu qu’y avoir que du désordre, comme la sécheresse, ou à l’opposé des déluges, chez moi j’ai installé une grande citerne pour récupéré l’eau de pluie, il y à beaucoup de sécheresse dans le monde, j’ai moi-même quatre enfants et je suis évidemment sensibiliser à ce problème, j’informe mes enfants sur tout ce qui se passe de bien ou de mal dans le monde, ta photo est idéale pour faire réagir à ce problème mondial, bien amicalement

Hola John,

it's a very pertinent post. Eu realmente não sei o que acontecerá com nosso mundo num futuro próximo. Todas as perspectivas são desastrosas e muitas pessoas não fazem a parte delas para que as previsões de revertam. Além da foto/nota nos trazer essa reflexão, devo dizer que trata-se de uma linda cena da natureza. É um convite a uma banho. Algo me diz que o clima era quente, mas a água refrescante. Bem acertado ângulo, ótimas cores naturais e controle de exposição. Parabéns!

Hola John,

Meaningful merge of small river with very special note of yours. Yes everywhere is coming more dry on earth, many rivers already gone that there is no excuse for everyone. Your photo full with part of life as its primary elements of our life. Great photograph too with your careful works as every time. I like splendid natural colors all over frame, especially lights on water with small waterfall. Congratulations.

Hola amigo John.
Una linda foto muy tropical con excelentes colores y captada desde un buen POV. los colores están estupendos y ver el agua correr a través de tan precioso río es la verdad hoy en día una bendición.
Desde 1997 el agua no llega a mi casa (vivo en una colina) y tuve que hacer un pozo de 130 pies para tener agua todo el tiempo. Ya te puedes imaginar de que lado estoy !!!.

Hello John!
The picture is very well taken (as usual with you!), with excellent technical qualities and a special beauty! I specially like this neat foreground with the mix of rocks and water - very very nice! However, the most important of all in this image is the note that comes together with it! Awareness - one of the most precious human belongings - something still rare! A friend of mine at work was talking about "water" yesterday and she mention that people must be aware of the possibility of "no water" in the future!
Something else, yes, I'd love to visit Colombia and I'll surely include it in my list of "places to know", specially, here in our wonderful South America!
