Pereira is a city of Colombia, capital of the department of Risaralda, located in the coffee - growing region, one of the main centers of the national economy and part of the so-called paisa region that draws a subculture Colombian.

The city has a population of 421,648 inhabitants, according to official figures from the census conducted by the DANE in 2005.

It is located in the central-west region of the country, in the river valley in the Cordillera Central Otun of the Colombian Andes. Pereira is 359 km from Bogota and is the center of the so-called golden triangle formed by Bogota, Medellin and Cali.

This growing Colombian city is also known as "The Querendona, Transnochadora and Morena," "The Pearl of the Otun" and "The city without doors."

City university and commercial, Pereira is bound point of the national road network and has connected international airport.

Main point of contact citizen, is where you perform the major events and parties in the city. There are 6,200 square feet of public space on hard floor and three levels of underground parking with a capacity for 495 vehicles.

fantástica vista de la Plaza Victoria, con una gran profundidad de campo y un excelente POV que destaca la belleza y personalidad del lugar.
La perspectiva arquitéctonica es muy interesante y crea un fuerte efecto gráfico con los edificios, palmeras,etc...
Me gustaría destacar la luminosidad y la gran calidad de la imagen, imprimen brillo a la fotografía. John, nos muestras un lugar con encanto, vida y cultura.

Hola John,
Me gusta mucho tu composición. Dejaste un sitio importante a la plaza, y la gente que está andando, haciendo una perspectiva hasta el puente, y mas ahí, al edificio muy elegante que se puede ver merced a la buena profundidad de campo.
Me gusta la atmósfera cálida que se puede advinir.

Buenos tardes. ¿Como esta usted? Very good view with wide square and its visitors. The curved road and old bridge give some clues about visitors path. Excellent additions old, new, modern textures at background. Splendid clarity and sharpness in natural colors. Congratulations.

De la foto me encantan 2 cosas. El edificio ese central que contrasta con los demás y la gente, que escala la foto y la hace más humana.

Hola John.
Muy buena foto de la Plaza de La Victoria con la ciudad detrás, luce una preciosa ciudad con puentes peatonales y magníficos edificios, los colores y definición están estupendos igual que tu punto de vista, las personas en la plaza así como cruzando el puente le dan mucha acción a tu foto.

Hola John,
me gusta cómo has escogido este encuadre, ya que has captado una combinación de estilos arquitectónicos diferentes que tiene mucha fuerza gráfica, una buena organización de los elementos y mucho equilibrio gracias a la gran plaza con la gente, que nos proporciona un buen dinamismo.
La fuerte luz dibuja el relieve de los edificios y da el efecto de 3D, mientras juega con las sombras.
Un bonito trabajo, amigo.

Hi John,

Smart composition, I like the way you used the line in diagonal to divide the frame, one side with people and the other empty. The POV is good to show the buildings on the bg as well as people. Light well managed.

Hola John,
Una vista muy bonita! Me parece que se la compo no fuera tan lograda no seria muy impresionante, pues la gran cantidad de elementos visuales fácilmente resultaría en una imagen algo caótica. Al contrario, lograste una foto muy harmoniosa, captando una atmósfera agradable, con todas aquellas personas paseando oh indo a su vida. La plaza y la iglesia al fondo son lindas, pero aquellos predios altos más altos cuasi que lo estropean todo.
