[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Shot taken at a camp site in Canaveral, Parque Nacional Tayrona. This is one of Colombia's most popular national parks. It is set on the jungle-covered coast at the foot of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The park stretches along the coast from Bahiade Taganga near Santa Marta to the mouth of the Rio Piedras, 35 km. to the east.
The scenery from sandy beaches in the north torainforest at an altitude of 600m in the south is to die for.
This region was once the territory of the Tayrona Indians, and some archeological remains have been found in the park. The most important of these are the ruins of the pre-Hispanic town of Pueblito.

About this one, even if is not so sharp, it shows a great place that i’m planning in one day to visit.
For the second year (at least) this place is in top 10 beaches of the world, and so, i can only be “envy” on you ...but is good to know that is not mandatory to have a hotel room.
