I agree with most of comments bellow and I'll say beautiful "south american" portrait of this little girl;
I say south americal cause just by looking at it you can't miss it;
representative colors of houses which this picture devide in very interesting way in 2 parts... making everything a bit more dynamic and more interesting to an eye;
and then there's special part little girl sitting up there and not being able to touch the ground with her leggs...very sweet moment...and her look "tristeza"
