This is a photo of Plaza de Bolivar, a square that contains governmental buildings of the Republic of Colombia. In the background is the Primate Cathedral, one of the biggest in Colombia. This plaza is famous for the many pigeons that congregate here, waiting for handouts.

I really like the mood the sky sets in the photo. It seems like a moment caught in time rather than a static scene. It gives a wonderful feeling of being there, rather than sitting in front of a computer. Well done!
