Main Street in Punta Arenas on Sunday

Sheep and fish have brought wealth to the town. Starting from the 19th century pulled numerous immigrants come from Europe into the city. Some buildings tell still the old things. Punta Arenas is the most important starting point for all excursion to the island labyrinth of Antarctic Peninsula.

Distance between my last shot and Punta Arenas is about 13444km.

Hi Achim,

It's nice to see your old ones in here. This one shows us this corner with good reference for the local architecture. Very nice light management and details. I also like the loneliness of the place. Well done!

Hallo Achim,
ein etwas ungünstiges Motiv in meinen Augen, die graue Fläche der Straße und das fehlende Leuchten lassen den Eindruck etwas farblos erscheinen. Das Licht fehlt mir einfach. Die Aufnahme ist dabei mit der Perspektive reizvoll und ausgezeichnet scharf. Wäre mit etwas mehr Kontrasten im Himmel vieleicht als SchwarzWeiß geeignet.

Ich weise nicht wie das ist aber es must ganz schon sei so viele lander zu besuchen...
Noch ein wunderschones und in dein intro solte nicht "Germany" schreiben sonder "Earth"
