Valparaiso is an ever popular tourist attraction in Chile; Everybody goes here.
Why? Because of how interesting it is seeing the buildings half-hanging in the steep hills, where tourists can go up and down with ancient elevators, exploring.
Most visits are quite superficial and people only look at the hills as a whole thing, but look closer and notice the buildings themselves; they are sometimes frightening! |
