Here is this small fishing town of Arica at the northern tip of Chile is a random dance, to me it was quite spontaneous and random. The smile on this woman says it all when we think of Latin people, always smiling and being festive whenever possible. Fiesta fiesta!

Hi Nick,

Thanks for adding a note. The dof is very nice focusing on the girl at the foreground, but still showing the mouvement of other dancers on the background.
