Photographer’s Note
Almost all photos from Torres del Paine Natinal Park focus on either Torres or the Cuernos which is fine because they both deserve our almost complete attention, being one of the most spectacular sights anywhere in the world. I opted for a view in the opposite direction - this photo was taken above Salto Grande Río Paine (you can't actually see the waterfall!) - which still has some of the elements that make national park so breathtaking - snowcapped mountains in the distance, amazing glacier lakes, colorful vegetation and few people + the rainbow as the bonus.

Hi Maja
Love the colour of the water. Lucky you to catch a small rainbow. Your shot was worth the effort. Crystal clear. Great composition and POV. The rocks look rugged and untouched.
Fabulous shot,
Tosca
