Photographer's Note
La Portada is a natural archway in the ocean about 20km to the north of Antofagasta. It has become an icon of the region and one of the most recognizable landmarks of Chile.
This photo is a rare sunset view of this place. Check the theme to see other photos of this site.
I add two WS showing another composition, but that it did not worked well.

This is a great sunset shot! The long exposure worked well for you here creating a ghostly look for the moving water while providing crisp sharpness for the rocks and sky. The lighting and colors are great as well.

i particularly like how the saturation is natural and not super saturated
the arch in the background gives us some sense of scaling and distance

i've mentioned before to you that i really enjoy your gallery, espeically the Chile shots.
lovely 3 sec exposure creating the ghostly silk effect on the water.
even the rocks look somewhat errie and spooky.
