An eternally moist colonial wall withstanding age for almost 400 years. This is Mancera, one of the several forts scattered around Valdivia Bay, forts that reportedly did not ever have to defend the city against any invasion, so quite "Quijotesco", in the sense of the Spanish colonial masters... .
