This is the northern tip of Quinchao island, it is the place where we take the ferry-boat to cross the channel to reach Dalcahue city, located in Chiloé island. Local people wants a bridge here but it is only a dream. While I was waiting for the ferry I took this photo that shows the shore of the island and a restaurant. We can see that the top of building has traditional architecture while the lower area was modified. Dalcahue city is located in front this place, very near of it.

Esta é uma vista da pontinha norte da ilha de Quinchao. É o local onde apanha-se o ferry-boat para cruzar o estreito e chegar a Dalcahue, já na ilha Grande de Chiloé. O povo local quer que o governo construa aqui uma ponte pênsil mas acho que é só um sonho distante. Enquanto eu estava aqui, esperando a balsa, tirei esta foto que mostra a costa norte da ilha de Quinchao e um restaurante. Podemos ver que a parte superior do edifício ostenta ainda arquitetura tradicional enquanto a parte inferior foi modificada. A cidade de Dalcahue está logo em frente a este lugar, bem pertinho.
