Osorno Sunset Photo

Photographer’s Note

At the eastern shore of Lago Llanquihue the majestic Volcán Osorno (2.660m) arises. For many it is Chiles most beautiful vulcano, due to it's perfect symmetrical shape and the all-year round snow cover. During my five days in Puerto Varas I had a lot of time to photograph Osorno from any different angles. Especially amazing was the light shortly after sunset, when the splendid pastels and the low contrast let the photo almost appear as a watercolor painting.

C'est tout simplement une merveille. Tout est bon les couleurs, la compositon c'est une photo qui se rapproche de l'art des estampes japonaises. Bien vu !
