PALACIO DE LA MONEDA !!!
PALÁCIO DE "LA MONEDA" !!!
"LA MONEDA" PALACE """
In 2005, I finally went for the first time to Chile!
I deeply fell in love with that wonderful Country! From its central area - where the Capital City is - SANTIAGO - I also went down to the "Región de los Lagos Andinos Chilenos"/"Chilean and Andean Lakes Region" - a wonderful mountaineous area with many volcanoes and lakes!
Here was my first entire day in that Country! I spent it visiting some historical spots of the city of SANTIAGO DE CHILE ! Here's the seat of the President of the Republic of Chile, located in the PLAZA DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN/CONSTITUTION SQUARE! It also houses the offices of three cabinet ministers: Interior, General Secretariat of the Presidency and General Secretariat of the Government. It occupies an entire block in downtown Santiago, in the area known as Civic District.

Hi Neyvan,
Nicely composed for the positioning and the depth of field, relaxing humans at an angle leading the eye towards the classical Prediential Palace, and framed by the tree.
good job,

Hello Ney,
A good point of view on this rather attractive building. I like the framing from the tree on the left and the footpath on the right. The lady sitting on the wall contributes much to the mood. Fine natural looking colours and very good sharpness.

A well exposed image of this palace with floating chilean flags. 2 details: you could fix the vertical on the left and close the frame with the tree, and using a lower pov reduce overlapping of building and leaves
Have a nice day JY

Bonjour Neyvan,

A nicely framed photo Neyvan,
Did this building get a lot of damage in the recent earthquakes - I have a feeling that it did.

ney

Hi Neyvan,
Great POV and an excellent photo. I remember quite well sitting next to the tree on the left when I visited Santiago in February and March. It was much busier when we were there because it was shortly after the earthquake.
Thanks for your comment about the largest pool in the world. We were there just a few days before the earthquake. I don't know if there was any damage done.
Have a great day.

Hi Neyvan !!
I have also visited Chile, in quite a few occasions.... it is a great destination and I always had a fantastic time.also....... good food and very good wine.
El Palacio de la Moneda..... it is very famous and with a lot of history.
Your photo show it quite well. the tree and the green grass softens the view of the building.
