After reading today of the horrible wildfires that have destroyed so many homes in Valparaiso Chile, I had to post a shot from there; this one, I think, sums it up. I spent only one day in Valparaiso, but fell in love with it and hope to return someday. I hope those affected can find a way to move beyond this tragedy.

I'm in Chile now and tomorrow I'll visit (for the second time in my life) Valparaiso and Viņa del Mar! Hopefully things won't be bad there anymore! A real pity, because they're special places here in Chile!
I really like your original picture of it!
Sharpness, exposure, colors, vertical format, chosen pov and composition are all excellent!
TFS - congrats,

Well-spotted detail. Thanks for sharing this image and note, a poignant reminder that tragedies like that happen all the time in many places in the world.

Not an easy scene to expose for, but you have managed it reasonably well. A well presented urban landscape full of interest and nicely enlivened by the person in the foreground.

The history of Valparasio has been riddled with Fires, lets hope they recover once again.
