Sunset at Tahai site, Ahu Vai Uri. Easter Island, Chile
It has been a long time away from TE. The reason was the birth of my second daughter. I posted a photo of her, but it was deleted (for good reasons, of course). I am reposting as a workshop of this photo. I am adding another two more photos of my baby, please check:
Regarding the post, I came to this location the first and second evening of my stay in Easter Island, but I could not get a nice light for the photo. But since this place is very near Hanga Roa, I was able to even come a third time (my wife had great patience) and took this one. We were booked to a typical dinner at this time, so I could not stay later than the sunset. Anyway, this session was good enough: I took my shot and I kept my wife happy with a nice dinner :-)
I did nothing!, as taken in RAW!
I do not want to have my photo deleted again due to “over-processing” like my recent post.
I still find that I did nothing beyond of what has been acceptable here in TE. In fact, some of the best photos here have a similar PP (but with better results, I admit), like this one.
I still feel uneasy about that deletion.

First of all, congrats on the birth of your daughter.
Secondly, i'm very jealous that you made it to Easter Island, as its one of my most desireable places to visit - i will make it one day soon.
beautiful photo, with excellent lighting and exposure, nothing to critique here!
the clouds and silhouettes are stunning.
