Photographer’s Note

From the viewing site of the Praça Hercílio Luz, I took this picture of the bridge of the same name. I was in the Santa Catarina Island looking towards the continent. The city of Florianópolis is divided between the continent and the island, so it has a lot of beautiful places in front of the sea. The bridge depicted here was used for a very long time to unite both parts, but today it is out of service due to its bad conservation state. The link between both parts is made possible by another bridge, more modern but not as nice or classic as this one (more info here).

I love this composition which consists almost only of coloured dots and some very dark silhouettes. Great.

O angulo que vc pegou foi bom, so que vc deixou o obturador mto pouco tempo aberto, soh se enxerga pontos de luz, aumentando o tempo as luzes podem ficar mais fortes, mas vai aparecer detalhes da ponte.. fiz um workshop ajustando a tonalidade e intensidade, da uma olhada dpois, espero que goste.
