Photographer’s Note

The very same day I took my yesterday's post, I went on to visit the Pão de Açúcar, that two hills in front of the sea in Rio.
A colombian girl we met at the Hostel told us that we could spare half the price of climbing it by cable car if we could climb the first hill through the mud and plants using a not-so-clearly marked path. Knowing that we found the path and climbed for 50 minutes until we reached the cable car station in the first hill. We paid only R$10 for three stretchs instead of R$20 for four.
But, before we started to climb, we reached this small beach just beside the first hill. I thought it had beautiful colours, though some of them may be due to contamination. Aimed and shot through this 'window' between these branches.

Adjusted levels, curves, increased saturation 5%, unsharp masking in PS. No contrast or brightness modified.

NOTE: This upload shows exactly where in Rio this beach lies (using my yesterday's post as a basis).
