Photographer’s Note

Taken at the "Pinheira's Beach", Santa Catarina, southern Brazil. This old man is a typical ancient fisherman, waking up early and ready to work, even after decades of hard work. But for a few momments, he's able to stop and look at this beatyful scenery.
Abou the table next to him: this is the place where the fishermen eviscerate the fishes after returning the journey.

quiet nicer than the first photo. To start with, you see more of that incredibly beautiful untouched subtropical coastal very humid forest. The old fisherman looks exactly like his ancestors, to start with the straw hat (if his ancestors are what I imagine ...)

I like the way you capture the beaches and the boats. You have a special way of doing it. I'm not sure of what it is, probably the angle and your use of foreground. This picture has really nice a clear colours. Very blue. I like the way you captured the man as he loosk out ovr the ocean as well.

The man meakes this very special compared to the other boat on the beach shots. The way he stands makes me think that he is now too old but still longs for the sea. Juat what comes to my mind when seeing your picture.
