Photographer’s Note
Life in lower Salvador Bahiya near the kingdom of Yamanja the sea goddess is drake and smelly
I couldn't bring the smell, bat under exposure and blurrness along with sad non-direct look can describe the atmosphere over there.

This is very great Daily life shot. It conveys the feeling, the atmosphere very well. The framing also nice. Superb shot.

Excellent work Yuval! I really like the semi sepia colour toning. A very engaging documentary picture, I love how you captured the tough reality of someones life here. Very very well done!

Very well captured atmosphere, "melancholic", a kind of sad colours, very well working with the scene you captured. Tells a lot of stories. Could be perfect without the person standing behind him. However, a very good one.

A fine portrait at work Yuval. I like the way to put him to the side and kept the fishes on the left. nice lowkey colors too.

A great shot of daily life and reality. The atmosphere of the place is well rendered, as well as the man worries. Very well seen Yuval.

BEautiful composition, I think this is a very nice example of daily life photo. The table, expressions on the man's face and his way of holding the money...eveything fits well and great catch!

Wouah! the poicture is excellent. I cannot smell the fish ( good! ;-)), but i can feel the desolation through the harsh light coming from above, the composition and framing, the colors.. a great shot IMO

Yuval I really love this picture..I automatically think of him calculating the expenses he has, if he made money on the fish or not, is that enough for this or that...reminds me of the nany we have...looking after my kid to raise money for her 2 kids far away from her...
I am only disturbed by your name...(always by names under the pictures)...I think maybe a small and subtle stamp, or a less eye disturbing logo would look better on all the photographs..that is if it is necessary...thanks :)

Hello Yuval,
I find this to be a very powerful shot; the candidness of it is lovely. I agree softness and color suits the photo perfectly and seems accentuate the shades of the fish and money, which go hand in hand. That one fish eye peering out combined with the man's face looking solemn down into hands holding money, to me, conveys confliction.
The guy behind is a bit disracting as he is positioned, but how can that spoil such a great shot?! As photographers we can't always have the ideal composition when working with a moment! :) thanks for sharing.

the photo is fantastic, you have tallent. The only thing that i desagree is with your title... U typed "bahayano" but the right name in the local language is "bahiano", well i dont know if u put this title with a purpose, but, well, i had to try!
