Photographer’s Note

This shot was taken at the Igapo Lake, in downtown Londrina. This is an artificial lake and the trails around it are largely used for jogging, walking or just to relax on the park benches and enjoy the fresh air.

Well Ricardo this is a very interesting capture with your S2IS! The details are good, the color is excellent and the dark shadows on the jogger have some through nicely. Good handling of exposure. The only suggestion would be to tilt the photo a little to the right to level the water! Good work!

Hi Ricardo,

A good POV of the jogger and the city in the background, the reflection in Igapo lake is an asset to the photo. It is sharp and clear, it has a good composition and beautiful colors.

What a nice series of this lake. You manage well in getting allways something interesting in foreground for the view of the lake and Londrina downtown in the background. The sillouette of this runner works really well in here. Good decisive moment!

Hello Ricardo, this is a good action silhouette. It's another great contrast between the greenery of the park and the urban landscape behind. It also reminds me of Aubrey's current Green London series.

Me gusta esta composición que integra la naturaleza del lago y su entorno con árboles, con la arquitectura urbana de los bellos edificios al fondo.
Los reflejos en el lago son fantásticos, y el cielo está precioso.
El detalle de acción del muchacho haciendo jogging rompe la quietud de la escena.
Muy buena foto, con buena iluminación y colores bellos.

I love this one Ricardo. You got some good shots from your day at the lake. The city skyline and the wonderful reflections on the lake would have been good enough, but the inclusion of the jogger placed perfectly in the frame with space to run into, raises the standard.

That's what I do every Sunday.
But what is more important: good capture. The photo, with this composition, is really good.

The light is very good too and left to us almost only the silhouete of the man.

Hi, Ricardo. What a picture! I'm very not indifferent to photos of joggers (as i love jogging), but besides all this one also is very interesting . Well catch of atmosphere....so i think will go for jog now, You inspired me :)
