Pćes de queijo are tasty cheese rolls, popular throughout Brazil and said to have originated in the state of Minas Gerais. They go well with a little coffee (cafezinho) or beer (cerveja).

As a good 'mineiro', I eat them every day. I liked the texture of the 'pćo de queijo', and the coldness of the beer could be captured, too. Delicious picture.
