Photographer’s Note

In the square Armando Salles of Oliveira, in Park Ibirapuera entrance, the "Monument of the Flags", work of Victor Brecheret was set up. Wednesday represents to the right of the monument is a self-portrait of sculptor Brecheret. Armando Sales de Oliveira, was governor, and in 1936 he decided that the monument was in Park Ibirapuera entrance; on that occasion, the park was projected just. In 1944 the Government of the State transferred to the City hall their obligations regarding the construction of the monument of the Flags; the works, initiate in 1936, they elapsed slowly, and the monument came to be inaugurated in 1953, with his/her base still no ended.

This shot was on the internal side of the Park of Ibirapuera, capturing in first plan the Lake and the right central focus the monument. I used lens 28-300mm Sigma and remote control RS-60E3 Canon
