Photographer’s Note
I've taken this photo at sunset, when city's lights were turning on. It reminded me the Hitchcock's movie "Rear Window", because of all those office windows on the central building. The reduced size is due to the low quality of the image. The edges were sharpened in IrfanView and I also made an "intelligent blur" in PS.
