Photographer’s Note
Abandoned building right next to the ´Mercado Central´.
it reminded me of the poem... ´40 ventanas y ninguna flor´... in this case there are hundreds of windows and not one flower.
Also looks like old Lego blocks.
I will try to get more info on this building.

I love this kind of images, where a high building is transformed in an impressive mosaic by the camera. Regards.

I like this image. The use of compression and scale are wonderful. Funny to think about how many stories once played out in these spaces.

Fantastic image. I like the pattern and the uniqueness of each apartment. It's too bad the image looks slightly warped because of your perspective...it was bound to happen though. Nicely done,

That's a lot of lives hooked up in one building - what a scale - an amazing image of a modern building in decay.
best wishes Kev

Great shot. Almost an abstract composition of rectangles and colors.
But the reallity of this building must be scaring.

WOW!!
It is just impressive shot Elena!
Me gusta mucho el titulo del poema.
Amazing to see the condition of living in poor families of Saint Paolo.

Muy interesante, elena! This is very original, and the picture already tells a story of its own. I like the graphical effects also.

This is a sad picture. This used to be a living organism. People would experience tragedy, joy, depression, death, life, wedding receptions, coffee with friends, sex, love, laughs etc etc etc within this building. Now, it just sits like a decaying carcass, empty, hollow, dead. What happened to all those people and to that energy they once gave to this building? Has it all been forgotten, as if it never happened?
