Photographer’s Note
I took this picture on the world famous Copacabana Beach. It was just as my mind imagined it would be. Today was hot (about 35 degrees). The waves were high and rough and the wind was blowing a nice steady refreshing breeze.
We were staying at the Hotel Intercontinental in Sao Conrado, just 5 km away with our own private beach (Pepino Beach). Since our beach had relatively few people on it, I have to say I did not spend a day at Copacabana. Another day perhaps.
