There are several species of this tree and several names for them too.
This is Quaresmeira Roxa (without translation to English language).
I saw this tree when I was driving along a new avenue that was built last year.

Ola Maria, ma chère amie,
je suis un peu déçu par cette photo, le sujet est très beau, coloré, mais, je trouve les couleurs trop saturées et le ciel un peu trop exposé.
Il y avait moyen de faire un post processing pour rééquilibrer mieux les couleurs et les lumières.

This type tree see we not in Belgium, also for me unknown.
Exactly a thorn when I see the blossom and the leaves.
Presentation and your nota is excellent

que linda árvore florida, as nossas quaresmeiras são diferentes, tem um tom mais roxo enquanto esta pende mais para o vinho. linda foto, bem nítida e com boa luz.

da ultima vez que estive em Miguel Pereira (RJ) vi árvores que me falaram ser quaresmeiras, mas a cor era diferente (não sei dizer se era azul ou roxa pois sou daltônico, mas era com certeza outra)., veja nessa foto em que aparece a árvore ao fundo:quaresmeira
Gosto do seu enquadramento e da bonita árvore e esse verde ao redor.

I like you ideas and approach. That is just so beautiful on its own, bushy purple native tree really awesome in that surrounding for the contrast it creates.
