Photographer’s Note
7th entry for winter scavenger hunt: Extreme temperature.
Exactly what it seems: our sun, with my zoom lenses, going on with my personal theme: from my window . I think we can see the difference between temperature color of the corona... can you help me, astronomers?
No PS but framing and levels adjustment. Color may be due to 1/4000 speed and light source cloudy and the window glass .

In order to see corona..you have to use special solar filters..after some image processing you can see some
flairs like thing coming out of the sun..but not sure
what exactly the thing is..i tried to take some pictures..
and got similar results...anyway...like the warm colour
of the sky..
best,
atis

Good evening Carmen,
Normally the corona can only be seen during a total eclipse; take care when viewing directly to the sun!

I'm not an astronomer, but I know a nice shot when I see one. i love the dark golds and reds, and the line of clouds is nice too. nice picture!
