Série sobre a minha viagem à CHAPADA DOS VEADEIROS - no Estado de GOIÁS - um dos 04 estados da Região CENTRO-OESTE do BRASIL (GOIÁS - GO, TOCANTINS - TO, MATO GROSSO - MT e MATO GROSSO DO SUL - MS) e onde também está o DISTRITO FEDERAL/DF (no qual se localiza BRASÍLIA) - de 17 a 25 de SETEMBRO de 2011 - Nº 016 !

CÂNIONS DO RIO PRETO !

BLACK RIVER CANYONS !

On September 17th, I took a plane (TAM AIRLINES, using miles) and flew from CAMPINAS/SP to BRASÍLIA/DF, where I spent one entire day.

On September 18th, I took a bus (REAL EXPRESSO) and went up north, to the town of ALTO PARAÍSO DE GOIÁS, the gate to CHAPADA DOS VEADEIROS/DEER HUNTERS' MOUNTAIN RANGE, in the northern region of the STATE OF GOIÁS!

On September 23rd, I spent most of the day visiting another part of PARQUE NACIONAL DA CHAPADA DOS VEADEIROS/DEER HUNTERS'S MOUNTAIN RANGE NATIONAL PARK, which included: OS CÂNIONS DO RIO PRETO/THE BLACK RIVER CANYONS and AS CACHOEIRAS DAS CARIOQUINHAS/THE CARIOQUINHAS WATERFALLS!

Here, in this picture, a partial view of one of the canyons that could be reached by the trekkers!

Beautiful photos.
Excellent as painting .
A beautiful view of the waterfall river. Perfect view with nature's original corner composition and surrounds with looks like water flowing and excellent colours I like contrast of autumn. Splendit colours FG Nice work.

Hello Ney,
The point of view is well chosen, allowing us a glimpse of the countryside beyond the chasm. The warm colours and textures in the foreground rocks are very nicely rendered with excellent sharpness. The slowly flowing rivulet helps draw the eyes into the scene and creates depth.

I see you - if slowly - but you get to the ocean :-) thank you very much for the information of what you wrote, but you know, here in Central Europe, people are not as knowledgeable of the South American geography. And I was just kidding anyway :-)

Moody central composition of the waterfall like a painting. Interesting POV and depth of the shot. Super quality of the textures of the rocks on FG. Amazing colors and contrast of the shot.

An overwhelming sight, Neyvan.
Excelent depth and clearity, the place offer many photographic corners, and you managed a precise POV.
Colors just a bit enhanced, but remain with the natural texture's.
