Quasimodo, a photo from Rio de Janeiro, Southeast

Photographer's Note

When I saw rocks, I always search for forms on it, that's why I created the theme "Rocks that resemble something". This in particular remember me the Disney's character Quasimodo from Hunchback of Notre Dame cartoon movie.

This peak is the most high at Prateleiras Complex. From the base (where I was) to top of it take 40 minutes. There have a book where courageous one can sign their names.

This peak could be seen here:Prateleiras Complex II and here Almost There II, it is the most higher on the righ side of the complex.

Those do look like big sad eyes, Almost There could also be Quasimodo, fine detail in the rocks that you managed without a bit of overexposure in spite of the strong light.

Lembra mesmo o Quasímodo. Você deveria conhecer o Parque Nacional de Sete Cidades, no norte do Piaui. Tem formas super interessantes.

Hello Andre,

What a huge rock. It is so steep. I like a little vegetation on the small rocks in the foreground. The blue sky gives that extra beauty to the image. A very sharp image.

Impressive rock formations, it is true that these large formations sometimes you can suggest or remember a certain similarity to some thing or person.
Superb sharpness and details architectures can see, very nice contrast of the blue sky with gray and pink stone.
