Photographer’s Note

Taking off from Guarulhos International Airport, inside a "bird" like that... going to Belo Horizonte.

Guarulhos is a big city in the Brazilian state of São Paulo and is part of São Paulo Metropolitan Region.
Its name comes from the Amerindians - they were the first inhabitants of the region (Guarus of the Guaianases tribe).

The Serra da Cantareira is a mountain range located in this region, with a large native urban forest.

Sorry for the "artifact" caused by the window :-(

Olá MC,
É uma pena o "arco-íris" provocado pela janela, mas a foto mesmo assim dá para ter uma ideia do lugar. As montanhas perdendo-se na neblina ficaram interessantes.
O WS, com as barras da janela, fez-me lembrar a minha best view in New Jersey.

os recortes da Serra da Cantareira ao fundo são muito interessantes.
Gostei também de detalhes como a lagoa na borda inferior.

Adorei essas montanhas em níveis e tons de cores bem diferentes. Gosto dessas fotos aéreas onde se vê o traçado das cidades. Linda mesmo.

Zona bem povoada essa de Guarulhos conheço um pouco, tem uma bela zona de montanhas todas recortadas , estranho o efeito do arco-íris na janela ,parabéns!

Olá Maria,
essas montanhas ficaram interessantes nessa imagem, que foi bastante prejudicada pela janela do Airbus da TAM, que são uma porcaria no aspecto fotografia de janela... Bem que pelo menos um desses engenheiros que projetam aviões poderiam gostar de fotografias, pois senão iríamos ter um telão pra fotos, hehe!

Olá Do Carmo,

Também viajo com a minha câmera por perto e faço algumas fotos, já postei pelo menos umas 3 delas. Gostei desta vista aérea de Guarulhos, difícil de se ver, o lugar é quase sempre muito nublado. Penso como o Wagner, a serra está espetacular.

non è mai facile fare foto attraverso i finestrini degli aerei, la bellezza del paesaggio fa passare in secondo piano i problemi tecnici.

La prise de vue aérienne permet de voir les montagnes, les champs et les maisons de cette région. La brume légère a un effet spécial sur les couleurs de l'image. Bonne soirée.

Hello Maria, I always find interesting this sort of aerial shots but it's quite difficult to shot photos through the layered window of an airplane. Despite the light is not good enough, I can still get an ovcerall idea about the geography of the region. The mountain range at the backgrournd seems beautiful, the only thing spoils the photo is the strong light at the top left.
