Series on my visit to the town of SÃO BENTO DO SAPUCAÍ, located pretty close to the border between the STATES of SÃO PAULO - SP (where it is) and MINAS GERAIS - MG, on June 7th and 8th, 2014 - #016 !
ÚLTIMA TOMADA DA PEDRA DO BAÚ DESTE ÂNGULO E NESTA SÉRIE ! APROXIMANDO-ME DE NOVO DELA !
LAST TAKE OF THE CHEST ROCK FROM THAT POV AND IN THIS SERIES ! ONCE MORE, GETTING CLOSER TO IT!
THE CHEST ROCK (PEDRA DO BAÚ) IS 1,950 masl and has cliffs that are 400 meters high ! On its left side, there's THE LITTLE CHEST ROCK (PEDRA DO BAUZINHOS) and on its right, THE FLAT ANN ROCK (PEDRA DA ANA CHATA). Here, the three of them can be seen from the little town, in which municipality they're located.
This year, for my birthday, I decided I'd do what I mostly enjoy doing: traveling! As I didn't have too much time (only a week-end), I went to a town that's not very far away from where I live: SÃO BENTO DO SAPUCAÍ!
It's located in the border of the STATES of SÃO PAULO (SP) - where it is - and MINAS GERAIS (MG), in a wonderful mountaineous regions, called SERRA DA MANTIQUEIRA (MANTIQUEIRA MOUNTAIN RANGE)!
It's a small town, still pretty calm, clean and lovely!
I spent some time without visiting Trek Earth because I was free of work and school and took some time to travel around Norway (mostly) and visit the wonderful cities of STOCKHOLM and COPENHAGEN!
Today my law course started again (my 7th quarter, out of ten) and I'll probably be less active here, specially during the days I'll have exams!

Cette montagne avec sa forme originale est bien valorisée par ton cadrage un peu plus serré que sur les précédentes vues de ce paysage, la lumière et les ombres accentuent l'effet de relief, superbe résultat.

What a wonderful capture this is. The light is just perfect to bring out the colours and contours of the landscape. I like it very much indeed.

Exquisite shot over the mighty rock, and already saw the area around which this mountain dominating.
Side light created wonderful texture over the green slops.

Perhaps the strongest shot in this series, with perfect density and sharpness and excellent density levels giving clean whites, and blacks and good saturation. Excellent lighting too that gives relief to the contours and textures of every fold in the hills. Finally, a nice warm cold color contrast between the reddish brown mesa and the blue sky. Tfs!

The rock is similar to a wone near Grenoble in France
Good game between shades and lights
