Series on the CITY of CAMPINAS - State of SÃO PAULO - The SOUTHEASTERN Region of BRAZIL - THE CITY WHERE I'VE BEEN LIVING FOR MORE THAN 28 YEARS (SINCE JANUARY/1986) - #093 !
AVENIDA JOHN BOYD DUNLOP!
After being sedentary for 3 years (before I used to go jogging almost everyday, for 1h or 1h30min/day, 10km/day) and my doctor telling me that I'm getting old (you're kidding!) and my heart is not as good as it used to be, yesterday I started going for a fast walk for 1 hour in the morning! Today, I decided to take my camera with me and took some pictures around my neighboord in the morning!
Highlighted here, the JOHN BOYD DUNLOP AVENUE, that links downtown to some distant districts (15km to 20km away). On both sides, the districts of JARDIM AURÉLIA (on the right) and JARDIM SANTA VITÓRIA (on the left). One of the several McDonald's that exist in the city can be seen here! Nearby houses and apartment buildings, a supermarket (ENXUTO), a shopping center (UNIMART) and a fitness center (UNIFIT).

nice shot with the morning light making the buildings take on a soft and welcoming glow. Beautifully sharp and perfect light management make this urban image elegantly captivating. Keep up the power walking - you know it makes sense :-).

Beautiful place with good POV with clarity. I like the sunny part with its shadows. It's a wonderful shot.

Hello Neyvan. The light plays a major role in this photo. Yes, if you live in a city for a long time, but you will discover something new. Really an interesting photo.
Best rgds, Wolfgang.

Superb city view in excellent light. The high angle viewpoint is perfect. There is a very nice contrast between the bright buildings and darker roads.
Very well done.
Wish you a very nice rest of the week.

la luce calda è veramente bella e raggiunge tutte le facciate, colorando anche le nuvole in cielo.
Uno spettacolo che la natura ci rinnova.

Your photograph shows that it is possible to take a very interesting photograph of a modern city. The road makes a useful guide into the scene, where the high rise buildings, bathed in warm light, stack up like sculptured steps. A fine, sharp exposure.
My warm regards,

I had to laugh and smile a little bit when I saw the large M for McDonalds :)
and I have just now seen the Burger King sign too!
but its also fun to see the city view from Sao Paulo, we don't get to see this view of Brazil in Canada :)
good split with the double streets, and its nice to see the architecture.

I like the way that the morning light has highlighted the pastel colours of the buildings. Good to walk with your camera and catch scenes like this - very well done.
Kind Regards, Ann
