CAMBUÍ I - It's a district of CAMPINAS that's pretty close to downtown and it used to be a residential area, with fancy and big houses. Later on, lots of high-rises were built and besides being a residential area, it rapidly became a commercial district too (with lots of stores, restaurants, pubs, clubs and so forth). Lately, people who used to live there have been moving to condos in the outskirts of the city, but still, lots of pleasant and good-looking buildings are there (I really like them, their architecture) and this is an example of them all!

TWO WS VERSIONS (Take a look if you have some spare time!):

a) A slightly different cropping, with less tilt, as I couldn't correct the original one as much as I wanted to.
b) A wider view of the same building and others nearby!

Ney, very interesting perspective you have in this one, I had to orient my self as it was not intuitive. Color is great as is the crisp focus with this arrangement. Over all, very nice capture.

Hi Neyvan,

you took this building with its nice flowered balconies very well. I think its important for the people having a place to relax and to feel closer to nature and moreover when you're living in such a big city like Sao Paolo.

hello Neyvan,
I quite like this abstract photo, the curves of the building and shadows on them add a good sense of depth, while the plants create a futuristic feeling, as if the city consisted of floating gardens :) there seems to be a slight tilt/perspective distoriton, you can see from the slightly different width of the blue glass window layer on the left, but that's a minot point.

as vezes esses caxotes até produzem uma imagem interessante, e um detalhe é a distorção causada, ou então construiram o prédio torto mesmo, hehe, parece piada mas em Santos há varios assim, estão afundando.

very interesting capture of this modern architecture. Excellent management of the light and a very fascinating perspective. There is one thing that is of great interest for me: who has arranged all these plants on the balconies? The tenants themselves or was it an institution?
