Enseada de Botafogo, with Corvovado hill overseeing it. Shot taken in a tripod from Pão de Açucar (Sugar Loaf) another hallmark of Rio.

I am just starting to experiment with my tripod.

Nice view of the Corcovado from the Sugar Loaf at sunset. The colours are really beautiful, and I love the range of colours of the mountains in the background.

The picture is remarkable. The light is absolutely gorgeous and so is the composition and pov. It could have been a bit more sharp, but it doesn't affect the overall opinion!

wonderfull image!! you can shot this city forever, and still get superb photos! congratulations. nice composition and the golden water is great. The only thing I would say is that the building area is (in my oppinion), a bit washed.

at first glance i was not impressed as i see the hazy hill but then i looked down and saw the marvellous play of light at the bay, with the boats, gives your photo a kick, well seen, good shot.

Espetacular!!! Ficou muito linda essa foto!!! Os barcos parecem que estão "acesos". O detalhe do shopping também ficou engraçado. Vou copiar a abertura e a velocidade, pra ver se eu consigo.

Very nice atmosphere!
The whole lighting and specially the golden colour of the water are great.
Just lacks a bit of sharpness in some areas.

Creo que esta es una obra maestra. Simplemente me encanta! Los colores, los detalles. La atmosfera que capturaste es increible. Quizas tenga un poco de ruido que pueda ser eliminado con NeatImage pero de cualquier manera creo que este mismo "ruido" ayuda a ambientarse en lo que es realmente Rio de Janeiro!

The colors and the contrast are very good. The boats look endless and the rays of the sun gives it a surreal flavour.
