Bridge of the Jail: Construction of 1798. The story goes that the order for the construction of the Chain Bridge was given after the existing wooden bridge collapsed in the same place, when she passed by a small procession. In Roman style, was built with stones linked with whale oil and was initially called the new bridge or bridge that goes to Quartermaster. With the construction of the town hall to host the Senate Chamber (upstairs) and the city jail (downstairs), the bridge became known by its current name.

Hello Ricardo.
You have chosen a fine day to capture this fabulous bridge. Lovely trace of small cloud above it against the spotless blue sky. Nicely exposed and detailed shot and thanks for sharing.
Regards,
Jusni
