Quiet Carnival, a photo from Minas Gerais, Southeast

Photographer's Note

Instead of facing crowded roads and all the craziness of Carnival in Brazil, I'd rather spend the holiday in a quiet Hotel with my family, which was very good. The place is in Frei Inocêncio and the Suassuí Grande River passes there. This is in the picture is the view of the restaurant, with the good things of the country cousine.

nice the mountain scape view with the greenery and the trees to cover every inch of the ground.The pasing by Grande river adds life in the area as a good advantage point for the scene.

The view down is clever. The composition is well chosen, with excellent combination of light and simple colors and perfect deep depth of field. I like the brow water color because it contrasts nicely with the green foliage around. The overall composition with the brown water pond in the middle is very good. Bravo. Have a nice day.

Hello Fabiano,
I like the point of view and the fresh green tones of the countryside. The river seems a little muddy but it does make an excellent contrast with the lush green surroundings. A nicely lit image with good colours and sharpness.

la vista desde el restaurante de este tranquilo hotel nos ofrece un fantástico paisaje natural, casi salvaje, con una explosión de tonos verdes de la vegetación que dan un fuerte carácter a tu composición.
Bella luz a pesar del día nublado, y es interesante el color fangoso del agua.

You're capturing well this place by a good angle and excellent tone/clarity, so it's impressive to see the place with rich greenery, river and mild hills. It's impressive in the plant with high height which is visible to left-hand side, too. It is visible to the place gentle to eyes where the heart is rested here.
The reason you spent the holiday with your family is known well.

A pretty location indeed which is very peaceful looking countryside, a great place to escape the hectic urban life and to destree for couple of days. Lovely and certainly very tranquil where we are at peace with our Creator and learn to appreciate the beauty and simplicity of life itself. This view would benefit the appetite for the meals in the restaurant. It's a very nice view of the curving white fence, the trees seen on a diagonal, the muddy river behind them and the very appealing green hills. The light and clarity are very good.

Hi Fabiano,

I'd say your decision was a good one, this is quite a peaceful little setting and view you had here. So many subtle shades of lush, green hillside and tree leaves, but they all work in harmony. The white fence is not only makes for good contrast but it also adds a bit more charm to the scenery. Good light management also, all of the details are well shown with much clarity. Nicely done.
