Itaunas is the "Forró" capital of Espirito Santo State. "Forró" is a Northeastern Brazilian kind of music/dance.

Your images wake me up Paulo, they're stark and so attached to the native earth. They speak without saying a word. the hues and the tones, the textuares and the dynamics...they are all so finely handled and carefully nuanced that your image trasport me many many miles away...from my land to your's

Olá Paulo, cá estamos nós outra vez no que parece ser 'no meio de nada'. Um céu imenso, uma estrada de terra sem fim, uma casinha humilde aqui e um restaurantezinho acolá, praticamente ninguém à vista por kms e kms. Boa foto. Gosto da silhueta do dono enquadrada pela janela.

Nicely composed shot using the road to lead the eye through the shot. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF. The off center placement of the building works well.

Olá Paulo,

Wonderful landscape, while unpaved road leading us to local restaurant. I know from other countries that many of them are famous with their one of specialized dishes. Amazing sky and green textures while reddish soil eye catching.

interessante este restaurante que parece estar no meio de lugar nenhum. gosto da estrada e do céu de nuvens interessantes. preferia que houvesse algo no primeiro plano para realçar a profundidade, mesmo assim um bom trabalho

They don't look like a busy place to set up a restaurant! Maybe just a few customers is enough for them...! You managed to show us the place nicely off centered, to give space to the image. Quality is fine in nice sunny weather.
