Série sobre a minha visita a VITÓRIA - A Capital do Estado do ESPÍRITO SANTO - um dos 04 estados da Região SUDESTE do BRASIL (SÃO PAULO - SP, MINAS GERAIS - MG, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ e ESPÍRITO SANTO - ES) e uma das três capitais brasileiras situadas em uma ilha (VITÓRIA/ES, FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC E SÃO LUÍS/MA) - de 12 a 14 de Agosto de 2011 - Nº 042 !

Series on my visit to VITÓRIA - The Capital City of the State of ESPÍRITO SANTO - one of the four states in the SOUTHEASTERN Region of BRAZIL (SÃO PAULO - SP, MINAS GERAIS - MG, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ and ESPÍRITO SANTO - ES) and one of the three brazilian capital cities situated on an island (VITÓRIA/ESPÍRITO SANTO, FLORIANÓPOLIS/SANTA CATARINA and SÃO LUÍS/MARANHÃO) - from August 12th to 14th, 2011 - #042 !

UMA ÁRVORE COLORIDA NA CURVA DA JUREMA !

A COLORFUL TREE IN JUREMA'S BEND !

One more urban beach in VITÓRIA, in a sunny sunday morning and not crowded yet!
I loved the atmosphere and wouldn't mind staying there a bit longer, just doing nothing and watching the views and people! The tree also caught my attention because of its orange-redish leaves, caused by the winter season (yes, it was wintertime in Vitória too), with cool or cold nights/mornings and warmer or hotter daytime!

Law school will soon start again. Dear TE friends, I'll be less frequent around, but will surely visit this site I love as much as I can during the next five months.

una foto ben composta, belli i tavolini disseminati sulla spiaggia con il magnifico albero in bella mostra.
Ottimo il contrasto tra spiaggia, mare e palazzi sullo sfondo. Eccellente qualità.

Ciao Neyvan
una foto ricca di colore che fa sognare l'estate e il caldo mentre mentre nelle mie latitudini il freddo incombe e l'estate è ancora lontana.
Bella la composizione per l'evidenza che hai dato all'albero con il suo ricco fogliame rossoe alle palme ricche di verdi, mentre dalla spiaggia abbagliata dal sole si può guarfare la cità oltre l'azzurro del mare.
Una bella composizione alla quale accompagni le solite note ricche di particolari

Hello Ney,
The colourful tree makes a splendid frame for the city high-rises, whose skylines make a pleasant diagonal line along the beach. The people relaxing in the winter sunshine bring the scene to life. A pleasantly lit image with good colour contrasts and sharpness.

Hello Neyvan,
You've composed this picture excellently and it has brilliant colours. The reddish tones of the leaves on the foreground are an absolute eye-catcher and contrast so strong with the blue sky and with the white sand.
The wooden tables and benches are nicely spread out over the quiet beach. The sea makes a beautiful curve with a very long beach as a result. Also the palmtrees are placed well right between the branches of the tree and the tables on the FG.

clever shot.
Its great to use the large tree branches to cover up the cloudless skyline, i like that.
and it may sound strange to you, but here in Canada we don't have trees growing up out of our sandy beaches :)
so its an interesting scene for me.

Le ciel bleu, la plage, le soleil, la chaleur,... cela fait beaucoup de choses que nous n'avons pas à l'heure actuelle. Par contre, on a le carnaval. Comme vous (enfin presque...).

Hi Neyvan,

I noticed this earlier today and wanted to comment then, but they frown on internet usage while at work!? haha Such amazingly rich color, the red leaves stand out so well against the blue sky and yellow sand. I particularly like the style contrast between the large tree and the palms behind. The descending height of the buildings on the horizon makes for another fine element in this scene. Very well arranged. Bravo. Best wishes in your schooling.

Hi Ney,

Beautiful photo of the beach, I love the warm color and the red leaves of autumn colors are very nice in contrast to the blue sky. The beach without too many people is very inviting. The palm tree give the essence of the tropical settign and the city skyline suggest the busy life of the city, but at leas they have such place to enjoy the day off.

So that's how you differ winter and summer in Brazil: less people on beaches in winter!
That tree looks just great. That wide beach with plenty of benches and some shadow is lovely. And the city skyline does not look bad either.
