Série sobre a minha visita a VITÓRIA - A Capital do Estado do ESPÍRITO SANTO - um dos 04 estados da Região SUDESTE do BRASIL (SÃO PAULO - SP, MINAS GERAIS - MG, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ e ESPÍRITO SANTO - ES) e uma das três capitais brasileiras situadas em uma ilha (VITÓRIA/ES, FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC E SÃO LUÍS/MA) - de 12 a 14 de Agosto de 2011 - Nº 035 !

Series on my visit to VITÓRIA - The Capital City of the State of ESPÍRITO SANTO - one of the four states in the SOUTHEASTERN Region of BRAZIL (SÃO PAULO - SP, MINAS GERAIS - MG, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ and ESPÍRITO SANTO - ES) and one of the three brazilian capital cities situated on an island (VITÓRIA/ESPÍRITO SANTO, FLORIANÓPOLIS/SANTA CATARINA and SÃO LUÍS/MARANHÃO) - from August 12th to 14th, 2011 - #035 !

COLORFUL BOATS IN LOW TIDE !

Walking around the city of VITÓRIA, I found this picturesque location, in the ILHA DO FRADE/FRIAR'S ISLAND! In the background, the skyline of the PRAIA DO CANTO/CANTO'S BEACH. In this picture, one can also see the small bridge that links the ILHA DE VITÓRIA/VICTORY'S ISLAND and the ILHA DO FRADE/FRIAR'S ISLAND.

Law school will soon start again. Dear TE friends, I'll be less frequent around, but will surely visit this site I love as much as I can during the next five months.

seems like you are getting ready for vacation. I like this tranquil mood, like waiting for tourists. Beautiful scenery with the modern architecture. Colors, sharpness, clarity, POV and DOF fantastic too. I like it a lot. Beautiful photo work. Great presentation. Tfs.

TRès similaire à ta précédente photo , celle ci est peut être encore mieux , car il y a plus de barques colorées , et le pont à l'arrière plan enrichit la composition .

Hello Ney,
A different perspective on these boats, which seem even more colourful here. I like the point of view with the arched bridge making a good link between the two halves of the composition. Well lit with good saturated colours and fine clarity.

I love the way you show us how diverse your marvelous country is with the images you post on TE. This is a shot full of contrasting and fascinating elements. Glorious fg colourful boats set against a modern backdrop and surrounded by greenery. Beautiful!

J'aime le contraste entre les simples barques de pêcheurs et les immeubles destinés à la classe moyenne au fond. Les couleurs et la qualité générales sont excellentes aussi!

An attractive composition in horizontal layers. The many colourful small boats are a brilliant foreground. It's a wonderful collection of these boats, in a nice contrast with the modern highrise at the other side of the water.
